Description

Our Sir Gibraltar mens closed toe clog with buckle detailing is a timeless classic.

This style is based an a slip on design made from premium suede leather and features an adjustable buckle for the perfect fit. The midsole (or footbed) is made from recycled cork and is molded specifically for a natural fit on the foot. The leather insole in these sandals is ergonomically designed to fit the natural shape of your foot providing the foot with support, and the addition of a natural latex inside of the midsole gives extra comfort making these slip on sandals perfect for everyday wear.

The outsole of these leather clogs is made from lightweight EVA which not only provides you with additional comfort under foot but also gives you good traction when walking. As with all natural leather products, whether this is suede, nubuck or a smooth / waxed leather, caring for your new boots, clogs and sandals in the correct way will help to protect and prolong the life of your new footwear. Different types of leather require a different cleaning / protecting process.

Care for premium smooth/waxed leather - clean with a damp cloth, allow to dry naturally away from any direct heat source. Apply a clear dubbin, leather cream or leather wax to the leather using a clean cloth or brush. On lighter leathers, this will darken the colour initially but this will lighten again as the wax dries/soaks into the leather.

Care for suede/nubuck leathers - Use a protective suede/nubuck spray or sponge on product immediately after purchase. For cleaning, purchase a suede/nubuck cleaner and use a rubber / nylon brush for cleaning.

It is always recommended that any shoe care product being used is applied to a small hidden area before applying to the whole shoe to check you are happy with the finish after applying it.

Returns Policy

We aim to make the returns process simple and hassle-free. Please return items in their original condition within 30 days. Items should be repackaged, brand new, unworn, and include all original packaging including the shoe box. Contact us if you need assistance.

Returns Conditions

Items can be returned unworn within 30 days of the original order date for a refund.
You'll need your original invoice or note with your order number to include inside the parcel.
Items should be brand new, unworn, boxed and with tags still attached (where applicable).
The shoe box must be repackaged in either a plastic bag or cardboard box.
Please do not attach any labels or tape directly to the shoes box.

Christmas Returns

Any order placed from the 1st October is valid for extended Christmas returns up until the 31st January the following year.


All returns must follow our normal returns policy.

How Can I Return an Item?

Print at Home
  • Access the Royal Mail returns portal.
  • Complete Royal Mail's form to create your free trackable return label.
  • Download and print your return label.
  • Repackage your order inside a box or plastic bag.
  • Attach the return label to your order.
  • Make a note of the tracking number shown on your label (ending GB)
  • Drop off at a Parcel Postbox or Delivery Office
Print at Post Office
  • Access the Royal Mail returns portal.
  • Complete Royal Mail's form to create your free trackable return label.
  • Check your e-mail inbox for an e-mail from noreply@rmg-ebusiness.com.
  • Show the QR code on your mobile phone at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Parcelshop
  • Royal Mail will scan the QR code and print the label for you
  • Please ensure you keep the proof of postage receipt.
Arrange Collection
  • Complete Royal Mail's form to create your free trackable return label.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days after receiving your return. It may take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
Will Royal Mail repackage my return, or do I need to do it?
Royal Mail will not repackage your items for you. You will need to place the box inside a suitable packaging to return it, such as another box, or black bin bag securely sealed.
What will happen if my return does not meet the conditions?
If your return comes back with a damaged or defaced box, or if the product is used, soiled, or worn, we will send it back to you. We understand that sometimes the box might get a little damaged in transit, this won't impact your refund.
How do I let you know I would like an exchange?
Our system is set up for refunds only. Once your return is back and had a once-over by our team, we'll process your refund and let you know via e-mail. If you would like a different size or product, you will need to place a new order.
What happens if I experience a problem with my order?
We pride ourselves on quality, but we know sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrives and something isn't quite right, or it seems like there's been a mix-up or a possible fault, there's no need to worry.
