Cleaning your leather footwear is an important part of maintaining and looking after the leather. We have teamed up with Renapur as our recommended shoe care for our range. Tried and tested on our smooth and waxy leathers, the Renapur leather cleaner spray effectively removes grease, dirt and grime from your leather footwear.

This leather cleaner is pH neutral and 100% biodegradable and is a natural formula made only from plant extracts. It is formulated to be gentle and works perfectly in combination with the Renapur Leather Balsam. This cleaner can be diluted up to 50 times

How to use the Renapur Leather Cleaner

  • Spray directly onto the leather and wipe over the leather with a clean microfibre cloth, alternatively spray directly onto the cloth until dame and wipe over the leather.
  • There is no need to rinse

For ultimate protection, once cleaned, treat your smooth leather with the Renapur Leather Balsam.

Renapur do not recommend using this product on suede and nubuck leathers

Please note, always test the product on a small unseen area before applying to the whole shoe to ensure you are happy with the finish.

Your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, and you can follow its journey using the tracking number that was emailed to you.

How do I return my order?
You can return items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Any items returned should be clean, unworn and with the original tags attached, and MUST include the original box in as-received condition (no labels or tape attached).

Please also ensure you include your invoice with your return.

How can I track my order?
If you are a UK Customer, you can track your order by visiting the Royal Mail tracking website with your tracking number.

You can access your tracking number by following the instructions below:

1. Simply sign into 'Your account'
2. Select the order you wish to track
3. Click on the 'Royal Mail #XX12345678XX' link located beneath the product name you ordered.

This will take you to Royal Mail's website. Click the 'Track your delivery' button to track your order.

If you are an international customer, please follow the instructions in your despatch email.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We now offer worldwide international shipping, with the exception of Europe. We are working on a solution to offer this in the near future.

Returns Policy

We aim to make the returns process simple and hassle-free. Please return items in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Items should be repackaged, brand new, unworn, and include all original packaging including the shoe box. Contact us if you need assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days after receiving your return. It may take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
Will Royal Mail repackage my return, or do I need to do it?
Royal Mail will not repackage your items for you. You will need to place the box inside suitable packaging to return it, such as another box, or a black bin bag securely sealed.
What will happen if my return does not meet the conditions?
If your return comes back after the 30 day return period, or with a damaged or defaced box, or if the product is used, soiled, or worn, we may send it back to you. We understand that sometimes the box might get a little damaged in transit, this won't impact your refund.
How do I let you know I would like an exchange?
Our system is set up for refunds only. Once your return is back and has been checked by our team, we'll process your refund and let you know by e-mail. If you would like a different size or product, you will need to place a new order.
What happens if I experience a problem with my order?
If your order arrives and something isn't quite right, or it seems like there's been a mix-up or a possible fault, please e-mail support@oakandhyde.co.uk with your order details and a couple of photos showing the issue. Our customer service team will get back to you within 1 working day.
