How to return your purchase

International Return Conditions

We do NOT offer free international returns. Return costs will need to be covered by the customer.
Items can be returned unworn within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
You will need your original invoice or a note containing your order number inside the parcel.
Items should be brand new, unworn, boxed and have all tags still attached, where applicable.
The shoe box must be repackaged inside either a suitable plastic mailing bag or cardboard box.
If you choose to arrange your return using your own shipping method, you MUST complete the customs declaration correctly and clearly identify the parcel as 'return to origin'. Any parcel that arrives with customs duties, import taxes or other charges outstanding will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
Please do not attach any labels or tape directly to the shoe box.
If your return does NOT meet our returns policy conditions, it will be refused or may incur a restocking fee, at our discretion.

International Returns Policy

We aim to make the international returns process simple and hassle-free. Please return items in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Items MUST be repackaged, brand new, unworn and include all original packaging, including the shoe box.

To begin your return, click the button below and enter either your email address, ZIP/postcode or phone number, together with your order number. The returns portal will show the items that are eligible for return and the return options available to you.

The return cost will be displayed before you submit your request.

Where the return cost is lower than the refundable value of your items, it will be deducted from your refund.

If the return charges exceed the available refundable amount, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance.

Christmas Returns

Any order placed from 1 October is eligible for our extended Christmas returns period until 31 January of the following year.


All returns must follow our normal returns policy and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days after receiving your return. It may take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
The courier will not repackage your items for you. You will need to place the box inside suitable outer packaging, such as another cardboard box or a securely sealed mailing bag.
If your return arrives after the 30-day period, with a damaged or defaced shoe box, or if the product has been used, soiled or worn, it may be refused or returned to you. Minor damage caused during return transit will be considered separately.
Our system is set up for refunds only. Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund and notify you by email. If you would like another size or product, you will need to place a new order.
We pride ourselves on quality, but we know that sometimes things do not go as planned. If your order arrives and something is not quite right, or there appears to be a mix-up or possible fault, please email support@oakandhyde.co.uk with your order details and a couple of photographs showing the problem. Our customer service team will respond within one working day.
