Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

Your parcel is sent with a Royal Mail tracked service. The cut-off dates above are Royal Mail’s official guidance, but Christmas is their busiest time of year and delays can happen. We despatch quickly, but once the parcel is with Royal Mail, delivery times may vary.

Do you offer an exchange service?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. All returns are automatically refunded when processed, so if you need a different size or colour, the quickest option is to place a new order.
