Description

Our classic hiker inspired ankle boot combines fashion with function. Sierra Nevada is an ankle chukka boot that has a lot of character and looks fantastic. With a premium full grain leather upper and premium high quality leather welt, this lace up ankle boot has a classic and timeless look and is inspired by the great outdoors. The boot has a suede padded collar for additional comfort on the heel and features a full lace up front with a traditional hiking lace along with authentic brass hardware. The traditional brass O&H pin has been positioned on the rear quarter and the simple O&H embossed branding on the heel and tongue gives a quality feel and adds character. The sole is made from a premium soft rubber compound that gives grip and durability. The soft foam and leather insole gives the boot a comfortable fit when worn. Our Sierra Nevada boot is the ultimate fashion hiker to be enjoyed out on your adventures.

Returns Policy

We aim to make the returns process simple and hassle-free. Please return items in their original condition within 30 days. Items should be repackaged, brand new, unworn, and include all original packaging including the shoe box. Contact us if you need assistance.

Returns Conditions

Items can be returned unworn within 30 days of the original order date for a refund.
You'll need your original invoice or note with your order number to include inside the parcel.
Items should be brand new, unworn, boxed and with tags still attached (where applicable).
The shoe box must be repackaged in either a plastic bag or cardboard box.
Please do not attach any labels or tape directly to the shoes box.

Christmas Returns

Any order placed from the 1st October is valid for extended Christmas returns up until the 31st January the following year.


All returns must follow our normal returns policy.

How Can I Return an Item?

  • Access the Royal Mail returns portal.
  • Complete Royal Mail's form to create your free trackable return label.
  • Download and print your return label.
  • Repackage your order inside a box or plastic bag.
  • Attach the return label to your order.
  • Make a note of the tracking number shown on your label (ending GB)
  • Drop off at a Parcel Postbox or Delivery Office

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days after receiving your return. It may take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
Will Royal Mail repackage my return, or do I need to do it?
Royal Mail will not repackage your items for you. You will need to place the box inside a suitable packaging to return it, such as another box, or black bin bag securely sealed.
What will happen if my return does not meet the conditions?
If your return comes back with a damaged or defaced box, or if the product is used, soiled, or worn, we will send it back to you. We understand that sometimes the box might get a little damaged in transit, this won't impact your refund.
How do I let you know I would like an exchange?
Our system is set up for refunds only. Once your return is back and had a once-over by our team, we'll process your refund and let you know via e-mail. If you would like a different size or product, you will need to place a new order.
What happens if I experience a problem with my order?
We pride ourselves on quality, but we know sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrives and something isn't quite right, or it seems like there's been a mix-up or a possible fault, there's no need to worry.
